Reading: An Excitement by itself

I enjoyed reading the article “Reading: An Excitement by itself”. I have always known that reading to children is very important and essential, but this article explains why reading to a child at such a young age will develop their imagination and help them become better readers.

Reading to a child so young will impact their life forever. So we as parents have to set an example by letting our children know how important reading is.  Without reading a child can become lax and complacent. They will feel like reading is not that important.

I strongly believe that parents and children should set time aside to read together. This should become part of the daily routine in every family.
