I am a woman who has been exercising pretty much most of my adult life. I read the article Women Staying Fit, and this is my type of article. This is an article that every woman should and must read. Staying fit is what is important. Fitness is what keeps your heart and bones healthy and strong.
There are exercises for women at every age, and this article explains how moderate exercise is truly the healthiest. What is most important is continuous movement for 30 minutes daily. These 30 minutes can be broken down into three, ten minute workouts. How great is that? This is an awesome article. So Please read it and STAY FIT!
